The new construction areas are part of the new "FritzHoch3" office campus on Bonn's Hardtberg. The "Fritz 3" building component offered here has a total area of approximately 4,500 m² of commercial space. The rooms are heated and cooled via concrete core activation in the ceilings. Furthermore, a green roof is planned for all building components.

The project site is located in the Duisdorf-Hardtberg district of Bonn. The plots will be accessed via a new road running through the residential area. Local amenities are good. Shops for everyday needs, such as supermarkets, etc., are located in the immediate vicinity. The Telekom Baskets play their home games in the Telekom Dome in the immediate vicinity. The center of the Duisdorf district is only a few minutes away by car or public transportation. Rochusstraße is a popular shopping street offering all necessary retail stores and restaurants. The entrance to the BAB 565 freeway is approximately 1 km away. Public transport connections to the VRS bus network are also available in front of the property.
