Uwe Mortag has been a volunteer member of the North Rhine-Westphalia Regional Executive Committee since 2010. Mr. Mortag took over as head of the regional committee on July 1, 2016. Out of the office and into the beach club: every year, DIE JUNGEN UNTERNEHMER (BJU), the North Rhine-Westphalia regional association, invites members and interested parties to its annual summer party, "UNTERNEHMER BARFUSS" (barefoot entrepreneurs). Here, shoes are swapped for soft sand underfoot at the Cologne Beach Club km 689. In a mostly summery atmosphere, young and experienced entrepreneurs can get in touch, exchange ideas, and network. We – Larbig & Mortag Immobilien – want to promote this as Cologne entrepreneurs.

RADIOMAMA supports your child's development in a creative way. How does it work? You may not have known this yet, but you, and ONLY YOU, have something that is good for your child, calms them down, and promotes their development: IT'S YOUR VOICE! Your voice means closeness and familiarity and is beneficial in this exciting and often stressful environment for your child and everyone involved. Numerous studies have shown that the mother's voice is particularly important for development and bonding.
With "RADIOMAMA," stories, congratulations, songs, poems, etc. are recorded for your child (or children). This means that your story can be played to the children at Cologne University Hospital when you are not there, and you can leave something special for your child when you have to leave the hospital. It's like a PERSONAL MUSIC BOX!
For over 20 years, this institution of the Caritas Association Cologne has been working for the residents, especially the children and young people, in the high-rise housing estate "Am Kölnberg." Its aim is to take their cultural diversity seriously and provide targeted support.
The intercultural center offers homework help, German language support, and leisure activities for children and young people. These include creative workshops—ranging from violence prevention to art, music, and sports—and holiday programs. Another important focus is working with parents – for mothers and fathers.
The Jörg Bernards Foundation was established in 2007 by Marianne and Helmut Bernards in memory of their only son Jörg. He died in 2002 at the age of 37 after 10 years of treatment for a brain tumor by Professor Volker Sturm at Cologne University Hospital.
The founders of the foundation have made it their mission to promote and support Professor Sturm's research work in his specialist field of stereotaxy and functional neurosurgery so that he can continue to help other patients with similar conditions.
As this disease can affect anyone, Larbig & Mortag supports this foundation.
