Cologne office property market, first half of 2025

(Cologne, July 1, 2025) The Cologne office rental market presented a mixed picture in the first half of 2025. Demand for central, high-quality space remains stable, but many companies are cautious in their decisions. Letting performance rose to around 102,000 m² and was thus 96.4 percent above the previous year's figure.
