History
As early as 1937, ship propellers were manufactured at the Ostermann factory on the site where LEITRAD LOFTS now stands. In the 1980s, the factory produced a technically advanced version of these propellers, which were coupled with guide wheels.
The guide wheel served as the inspiration for the name LEITRAD LOFTS. Both terms stand for innovation, progress, and modernity. The original reinforced concrete skeleton of the metal foundry, which forms the basic structure of the LEITRAD LOFTS, bears witness to the era of industrial buildings with its many details.
