From niche to trend. Starting in August, customers will be able to shop without packaging at Obere Wilhelmstraße 30. Shopping without packaging has long been more than just a niche trend.
In Unverpackt stores, customers can find classic products such as detergents, hygiene items, pasta, nuts, and sweets, as well as regional fresh produce such as vegetables, eggs, and dairy products. "With LiMa's fairpackte Welt, I want to contribute to changing something in the world and realize my 'utopia' of a different world on a small scale. But I also want to encourage others and show them that you can do things differently and even open your own shop as a social worker and former 'maths failure'! Although I haven't opened yet, I already feel very warmly welcomed by the community on Obere Wilhelmstraße and by the people of Beuel, so I'm already looking forward to being there every day!" says managing director Lisa Hagels. The new entrepreneur is particularly proud because LiMa's fairpackte Welt is Beuel's first stationary unpackaged store. Obere Wilhelmstraße is thus gaining another concept from a private retailer. The commercial real estate specialists at Larbig & Mortag Immobilien in Bonn, exclusive partner of the NAI apollo group, acted as brokers.
