The property

Local amenities at the site can be described as good. Stores for daily needs, such as supermarkets, are located in the immediate vicinity. The Telekom Baskets play their home games at the Telekom Dome in the immediate vicinity. The heart of the Duisdorf neighborhood is just a few minutes’ drive away by car or public transportation.
