The property
The opera passages were built in the spring of 1961 on a 6,900 m² plot of rubble belonging to the company 4711. The architect of this "horizontally layered urban element" was Wilhelm Koep, the in-house architect at 4711. Between 1980 and 1982, two office floors were added to the building complex using a steel structure.
The passageway and office floors have since been modernized, and the building was last given a new façade in 2022. The office space can be accessed via a separate office entrance from the passageway. The floors can be fitted out according to the tenant's requirements. Parking spaces are available for separate rental in the building's parking garage.
