The former exhibition grounds, built in 1924, were completely rebuilt in 2009, with only the outer walls remaining. Today, the so-called "Rheinhallen" (Rhine Halls) form a listed building complex in Cologne-Deutz on the banks of the Rhine north of the Hohenzollern Bridge and are one of the most modern office areas in the city. By mid-2009, an office complex for the TV station RTL and parts of HDI-Gerling Insurance, which was taken over by the Talanx insurance group in 2006, had been built within the historic brick façade. In addition, a parking garage with 2,000 parking spaces was constructed.

The relevant areas were renovated to a high standard last year and are in excellent condition. This is a sublease with a maximum term of approximately 8-9 years. It is not possible to rent part of the space.
