How is COVID-19 changing your company's real estate footprint?

COVID-19 poses comprehensive challenges for society and the economy. For many companies, a new era of workplace design is now beginning.

To date, companies in Germany have dealt with the changing world of work and its associated effects with varying degrees of intensity and speed. Now, fundamental changes and challenges have arisen virtually overnight. What will remain—and what will go? Against this backdrop, it is important to question the status quo and rethink strategic decisions.

  • What standards will companies set in the future with regard to their real estate footprint, and how will they design their working environment based on the latest experiences with digital processes and working from home?

  • How will office landscapes change and what does this mean for our real estate landscape?

To gain a concise and regional overview of the situation, we have developed a short survey in collaboration with our strategic partner, PRG Projekt Rheinland AG.

Please take 10 minutes to answer our questions. We will be happy to send you the results of the survey on request.

We thank you for your participation and look forward to seeing the results.
