Costs for outdoor facilities

This includes the construction of garages and parking spaces or the erection of fences around the property. Garden paths or a pool can also be included in the costs for the outdoor facilities – here, creativity can be given free rein. The costs for the outdoor facilities cannot be defined on a flat-rate basis and must be calculated individually.

Construction costs are a complex undertaking that must be considered in detail. The cost calculation is not complete with just the purchase of a plot of land and the construction costs. Ancillary land costs and general construction site costs in particular can drive up the total amount.
