At the beginning of March 2022, the commercial real estate specialists at Larbig & Mortag Immobilien in Bonn brokered the sale of approximately 407 m² of practice space in eastern Bonn to Daniel Philipp Physiotherapie, a subsidiary of Creating Healthy Places GmbH.
The Creating Healthy Places group of companies has been offering professional services in the sports and health industry for many years with a wide range of brands. One of these divisions, the Daniel Philipp Physiotherapy Practice, will offer patients in Bonn Beuel the holistic health approach focused on by the founders from the second quarter of 2023. The space, which will be expanded for use by then, covers an area of around 407 square meters and meets today's requirements for a modern and sustainable healthcare facility.

The RENUM project group is developing the V2 Offices "Das Büro Quartier" on behalf of GbR Pützchens Chaussee in Bonn. The V-shaped building with almost 6,600 square meters of floor space and a spacious, green inner courtyard will be completed in early 2023. Over 50% of the space has already been leased.
