My favorite project at Larbig & Mortag: My favorite project was "Das Palais" on the banks of the Rhine in Cologne Bayenthal. The restored palace was the highest-quality and most unique project we have ever marketed. The marketing was also challenging, as the large, stately rooms needed a suitable user. We were able to find the right tenant here with Sotheby's Germany.
The best thing about my job is...: Every day, weget to meet new clients and learn about their exciting business models, and we can advise and support the people behind them.
My job in one word: Corporate space broker
In a parallel world, I work as: an architect
My favorite travel destination: Anywhere on the beach with temperatures above 28 degrees Celsius
What's still on my bucket list: VisitingAngkor Wat, the most famous and largest temple complex in the world
One thing that would immediately improve my working day: Reformingthe brokerage model in Germany. If everyone saw their broker as their lawyer, we could move our job away from a "dog-eat-dog" environment. Everyone would pay less, but they would have to understand that, just like your lawyer, you always have to pay.
What motivates me on Monday mornings: Having breakfastwith my family and then starting the week at the office with our stand-up meeting with the entire team.
During my lunch break, I like to...: Have lunch with the team.
