The Bonn-Duisdorf district has been part of Bonn's Hardtberg borough since 1969. Today, the district has around 20,000 inhabitants, is located in the west of Bonn, and is particularly attractive to federal authorities. It has good public transportation connections with more than ten bus lines and an S-Bahn line. The district is easily accessible via the BAB 565 and B56 as east-west connections.
