The office property is being developed in the popular north of Bonn. The location is very well connected by public transport and by car. The Bonn, Brühler Straße train station is within walking distance, with direct connections to Bonn Central Station (lines 63, 66, 68) and to the neighboring cathedral city of Cologne (line 18). The distance to the Bonn, Propsthof Nord stop with lines 16 & 63 is almost identical. The junctions of the A 555 and A 565 motorways are also only a few minutes away and offer good access to Cologne/Bonn Airport and the Siegburg/Bonn ICE train station, among other destinations.
