Location

The office building is located directly adjacent to the Mediapark and within walking distance of downtown Cologne. The park across the street and Hansaplatz significantly enhance the property’s location.
There are excellent connections to Cologne’s ring highway. This is where the major highways from all directions in Europe (A1, A3, A4, A57) converge. Cologne/Bonn and Düsseldorf airports are also just a short drive away via the highway.
The U-Bahn and S-Bahn systems provide public transportation access at Hansaring and Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring (“Christophstraße/Mediapark”); U-Bahn lines 12 and 15 serve these stops. The Hansaring stop also provides access to the Deutsche Bahn.
