NAI apollo partners are joining forces in North Rhine-Westphalia and establishing a "Retail NRW" competence cluster in the area of retail leasing. The group has secured the services of Radu-George Moldovan, an expert in setting up retail clusters, to help develop the Retail NRW cluster. In the future, he will serve as regional manager for North Rhine-Westphalia in the area of retail and restaurant leasing for the partners of the NAI apollo group, including Larbig & Mortag Immobilien, Cubion Immobilien, and Imovo Immobilien.
With the formation of the "Retail-NRW" competence cluster within the NAI apollo group, the three partner companies aim to further strengthen North Rhine-Westphalia as a business location. For more than five years, Larbig & Mortag Immobilien GmbH has been successfully active in shop and restaurant leasing in B locations in the greater Cologne, Bonn, and Leverkusen area. "With this step, we want to offer our customers a comprehensive service across cities in cooperation with the NAI apollo group. Whether in Cologne, Düsseldorf, the Ruhr area or the towns and communities in between, together with the NAI apollo partner offices in North Rhine-Westphalia, we offer the largest coverage of space," says Jan Seidenfaden, Head of Retail Leasing at Larbig & Mortag Immobilien, a partner of the NAI apollo group.
The aim is to strengthen the area and expand it beyond the city limits of Cologne. For this reason, Radu-George Moldovan will lead and support the retail and restaurant team together with Jan Seidenfaden. The 50-year-old comes from CBRE, where he spent more than five years as Associate Director responsible for developing the district location leasing business and for retail and restaurant space in prime locations.
