Mike Lion becomes head of the office leasing team at Larbig & Mortag Immobilien in Bonn

The commercial real estate specialists at Larbig & Mortag Immobilien's Bonn office expanded their office leasing department at the turn of the year—Mike Lion is now head of the department.

Thanks to his many years of experience in the Bonn office property market, Mike Lion (29) has the necessary market expertise. "I am looking forward to my new responsibilities within our Bonn office leasing team. In the newly created constellation, we will be able to advise owners and prospective tenants even better and are thus excellently positioned for the future," says the new department head.

In addition to the new departmental management, the office leasing team will also be expanded. Konstantin Tritschkow has been recruited as a junior broker for sales. After training as a real estate agent at a Cologne-based brokerage firm, Mr. Tritschkow joined the Larbig & Mortag Immobilien Bonn team at the end of 2021. The office leasing team is rounded off by Markus Thellmann. This home-grown talent successfully completed his training as a real estate agent at Larbig & Mortag at the beginning of 2022 and is now bringing his knowledge of the Bonn office real estate market to bear in the team.

"I am delighted that Mike Lion has developed so well, progressing from our first trainee in Bonn to head of department. We have also been able to add young and dynamic colleagues to the team. With the newly formed team, we will be in a much better position to fulfill our leading role in the Bonn office real estate market and provide the ideal consulting services," says Hendrik Heßlenberg, Managing Director of Larbig & Mortag Immobilien Bonn GmbH, on the development of the Bonn location.
