Dentists interested in setting up their own practice can do so with the proven practice concept and the strong "Lieblings-Zahnarzt" brand.
Behind the successful licensing concept is Cologne-based dentist Dr. Christin Steinbach, who co-founded the company with experienced entrepreneurs. The first practice in Cologne's Gerling Quarter has developed so positively since its inception that today ten doctors and a total of more than 40 employees care for patients in a space covering around 600 square meters. In addition to top-quality dentistry with state-of-the-art technology and fully digital processes, the clear focus on the individual patient experience makes all the difference: from the first contact and reliable appointments with no waiting times to special services and the welcoming waiting room, which is more reminiscent of a cozy living room than a doctor's office.
Three more locations have since opened in Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Berlin, with more than ten more to follow in 2024. Among other things, Larbig & Mortag was able to secure another practice location in a prime location in Cologne Lindenthal with approx. 360 sqm, which has been leased on a long-term basis and will open in 2024.
"Owners with suitable practice space or convertible office space measuring 250–500 m² are welcome to contact us at any time. The next locations on the agenda are Munich, Hamburg, Hanover, Dresden, Oldenburg, and Schwerin, with other cities to follow dynamically. Attractive features for owners include a fixed lease term of usually 20 years and the possibility of tenant-side expansion to the highest standard. We check all locations for feasibility and develop them for Lieblings-Zahnarzt.
