The department known at Larbig & Mortag as "Eigentümer Service" (owner service), which provides advice to landlords and represents landlords, will be headed by Manuel Röhrig from April 2021 and will be further expanded.
The division currently has around 20 consulting mandates in the greater Cologne, Bonn, and Leverkusen area, with a total commercial space of approximately 100,000 square meters.
The real estate service provider Larbig & Mortag Immobilien GmbH is appointing a new executive to head its Landlord Representation team: Manuel Rührig (35) will take over the "Owner Services" division at Larbig & Mortag Immobilien on April 1, 2021.
By strengthening its property owner services division, Larbig & Mortag Immobilien is responding to the growing demand from property owners and asset managers for a regional and professional rental partner for commercial real estate. The division was newly established at Larbig & Mortag Immobilien in 2017 and has been successfully built up since then. In addition to pure rental consulting and optimization, the specialists primarily offer property consulting modules. This allows owners and landlords to access specific consulting services, ranging from pure viewing services to complete representation of all landlord tasks. Larbig & Mortag's strengths in this area lie in its regional reputation, high market penetration in the areas of office leasing and investment, and its qualified employees. This is evidenced by past consulting successes and references.
Manuel Rührig has around 13 years of real estate experience in and around the Rhine metropolis of Cologne. He is no stranger to Larbig & Mortag Immobilien. After completing his training at Metropol Immobilien, he worked successfully at Larbig & Mortag in the office rental sector from 2011 to 2016. He then returned to Metropol Immobilien, where he had completed his training, as a rental manager, gaining extensive experience on the owner side. "I am now looking forward to this exciting role and the opportunity to further develop the increasingly important area of owner services. I will be able to combine and profitably apply my previous experience in office leasing at Larbig & Mortag and as a rental manager at Metropol Immobilien," says Manuel Rührig.
