Managing directors Uwe Mortag and Markus Larbig transferred responsibility for the investment department to Florian Langer at the beginning of the year. Florian Langer has been with Larbig & Mortag Immobilien since 2013 and has played a key role in developing and expanding the department.
Demand for commercial real estate investments has risen steadily in recent years. Accordingly, the department's importance within the company has grown significantly in recent years and has become an important component alongside office leasing.
