The two lead brokerage mandates involve a new construction project and an existing property in Cologne. Larbig & Mortag Immobilien GmbH developed customized marketing strategies for both mandates as part of its "Owner Service Plus" concept.
The new construction project "kite," which will be realized by Landmarken AG, is an office complex with a total of around 23,000 m² Of rental space in Cologne-Ossendorf. 75% of this, or around 16,000 m², has already been let on a long-term basis to a public-sector tenant before construction has even begun. Larbig & Mortag Immobilien GmbH acted as broker and advisor to both the owner and the tenant. This means that the project still has around 7,000 m² of rental space available in building C.
The existing property "Pier15" with a total of around 6,300 m² of rental space is located in Cologne's Rheinauhafen district. The lead brokerage mandate for the striking and modern existing building in a prime location at the marina was successfully completed with the signing of a single tenant for the entire property. In addition to leasing, the mandate included repositioning the property by developing a new marketing strategy. The marketing agency Königsgold was brought in by Larbig & Mortag Immobilien for this purpose. Furthermore, a tender was conducted and architectural services were coordinated to support interested parties.
