The commercial real estate specialists at Larbig & Mortag Immobilien in Bonn, an exclusive partner of the NAI apollo group, brokered a total of eight lease agreements in September. These eight deals represent a total rental area of around 6,280 square meters.
Of this, approximately 4,080 m² is office space (6 units) and around 2,200 m² is hall space (2 units). "It is good to see that activity on the Bonn commercial real estate market remains high across various sectors and size segments. Companies are currently extremely active, particularly on the demand side for office space available at short notice. This allows us to look ahead to the last quarter of 2021 and the coming year with optimism," this is also evident in the different sectors of the users brokered. In addition to the traditionally strong public administration sector, users from the service, training, and leisure sectors have signed new leases.
