Cologne – B2Run 2017: We're on track!

"Sport is murder" – we've all heard that saying before! Opinions are divided when it comes to sport. However, sport is particularly important for office workers who spend a lot of time at their desks. And it doesn't have to take place in the gym. For many people, meeting up with colleagues or friends outside of work to exercise is more motivating. Shared experiences and successes can also strengthen team spirit within the company, which is beneficial for everyone!

B2Run – German Company Running Championship: On your marks, get set, go!

Company runs take place at 17 different locations in Germany at various times. The runs end in the largest stadiums of the respective cities/towns. This is followed by the eagerly awaited after-run party for many. Companies can compete with each other in a sporting manner while promoting team spirit, motivation, and fitness within the company.

There is also a final, which is held at one of the 17 locations.
The total distance is 5.5 kilometers and should therefore be manageable for everyone. You can find the exact route here: Route map Cologne 2017

"I think it's great to be taking part in the B2Run for the second time together with the Larbig & Mortag team. In addition to good team and individual performances, the focus is of course on having fun. The highlight of the run is crossing the finish line at the Rheinenergiestadion, which also makes soccer fans' hearts beat faster. After the "main event," there is plenty of time to chat with the other participants and companies in a relaxed atmosphere. I would be delighted to participate in the B2Run again next year as part of a team.
