From entrepreneur to crisis manager! Not all companies have been affected by the coronavirus pandemic to the same extent. Here we present an entrepreneur (who is close to us) whose industry is among those that have suffered the most. Trade fair construction.
Tim-Alexander Karußeit, 43, studied business administration at the universities of Münster and Seville. Over the following 16 years, he founded two companies in Cologne and Hamburg and developed them further as managing partner.
In doing so, he profitably implemented commercial management as well as the management of production, sales, purchasing, and finance as a generalist and entrepreneur.
At the end of 2019, he was able to fulfill his dream of taking over a company and, on January 16, 2020, he took over hoffmann Messe- und Eventbau in Hanover as managing partner. Full of drive and with a full order book, the business was set to expand further. And then came Corona.
Find out how Tim-Alexander Karußeit and his company hoffmann Messe- und Eventbau have come through this in the following video.
