The investment specialists at Larbig & Mortag Immobilien GmbH in Bonn, an exclusive partner of the NAI apollo group, have brokered the sale of three interconnected properties at Koblenzer Straße 2, 4-6 in Bad Godesberg. The new owner of the approximately 1,610 m² properties is an internationally active real estate investor.
A few months ago, conceptstories Immobilien GmbH, the retail broker for partners Larbig & Mortag, imovo, and CUBION, was able to lease the former McDonald's space to a new restaurant operator. Once the last vacant unit had been let, the three properties were sold. In addition to a total of three retail units, the buildings have two medical practices and a total of eight residential units. The properties are located in a highly visible location in the district and form the entrance to the main shopping street in the center of Bad Godesberg. The seller of the properties is a Bonn-based family office.
