A leading service provider in Germany has announced the extension of its lease agreement for its Bonn location and inner-city office property. The approximately 2,200 m² of office space was briefly offered for rent on the Bonn office market before the lease extension was successfully concluded with the existing tenant.
The property currently has around 1,700 m² of additional office space available for rent.
