Bonn office market 2021: Larbig & Mortag Immobilien brokers 2,200 m² in Bonn city center

Acting as owner's representative, Larbig & Mortag Immobilien successfully advised the landlord on optimizing the lease agreement with a major tenant of the property at Rabinstraße 4—the existing tenant was successfully retained as a user.

A leading service provider in Germany has announced the extension of its lease agreement for its Bonn location and inner-city office property. The office leasing specialists at Larbig & Mortag Immobilien in Bonn, exclusive partner of the NAI apollo Group, provided comprehensive support and advice to the landlord, KölnGrund Vermögensverwaltung, in optimizing and extending the lease agreement. The approximately 2,200 m² of office space was briefly offered for rent on the Bonn office market before the lease extension was successfully concluded with the existing tenant.

The property currently has around 1,700 m² of additional office space available for rent. "Space of this quality and size is rarely available at short notice in Bonn city center –we are already in advanced negotiations for these units," says Hendrik Heßlenberg, Managing Director of Larbig & Mortag Immobilien. The office leasing team at Larbig & Mortag Immobilien in Bonn has also been exclusively commissioned for this marketing process.
