Since June 1, 2020, the new office of Larbig & Mortag Immobilien Bonn GmbH has been located in the City Office, which was built along Rabinstraße.
A combination of office space in the main building, flexible space on the ground floor, and a public parking garage. The City Office is part of the new"Urban Soul" construction project, which also includes two other buildings, the Lifestyle House and a Motel One. Both properties will be completed and opened in the course of 2020.
