Who we are.

Larbig & Mortag Immobilien was founded in 2008 by Markus Larbig and Uwe Mortag and since 2012 has developed into one of the largest brokers for commercial real estate in the greater Cologne, Bonn and Leverkusen area. In addition, we have been operating a successful branch in Bonn since 2013 and another location in Leverkusen since 2016. The basis of our corporate philosophy lies in the endeavour to lead our customers to success.

Our team currently consists of 35 employees. Our employees accompany you from the analysis of the current situation to the conclusion of the contract. We attach great importance to fast communication by means of modern media which, above all, saves our customers' time. After a successful conclusion of the contract, our after-sales team will take care of your other concerns (e.g. relocation management, renovation measures, etc.).

Investment.

We sell your commercial real estate in an innovative, professional, fast and profit-oriented manner with in-depth knowledge of the market. From office buildings to retail properties and production halls to commercial properties. We are working on a structured investment process. We broker individual properties just as professionally as larger portfolios.

Loft.

Our region offers a broad creative and media economy. For this reason, we have specialised in creative commercial spaces. This includes old factory buildings or modern new lofts in all locations in our region.

Gastronomy.

In our retail team, we employ specially trained employees for renting out restaurant space. The team advises owners and gastronomers alike.

Practice.

Practice areas are a special case in the sector of office real estate. For this reason, we have specially trained our employees and can provide ideal support to doctors or therapists in their search for a new location.

We are the experts for office, practice and loft real estate in the greater Cologne, Bonn and Leverkusen area. Our wide range of rental offers is as diverse and individual as our customers. Our team of nine employees has been able to broker over 650,000 m² of office space so far.

With our subsidiary conceptstories Immobilien GmbH, we have built up a team of experts in the retail sector. They advise and broker retail real estate throughout North Rhine-Westphalia with a focus on the regions of Cologne/Bonn, Düsseldorf/Neuss and the Ruhrgebiet.

Hall/warehouse.

As specialists in our Cologne, Bonn and Leverkusen region, we rent or sell storage space and hall space. We advise searching companies on site development or relocation. We bring sellers and buyers together and carry out a structured process for both parties.

Determining the correct value of your property..

The value of a property is the basis for any decision. In order to determine this value, Larbig & Mortag offers you a free initial assessment. For this we need some basic information from you about your property. This includes a land map, a list of tenants and a brief description of the building. In our initial assessment, we give you a range for the purchase price, which indicates the minimum value, an average market value and an upper limit of the value. In the second step, we can offer you a more detailed valuation with the assistance of an expert. For this valuation, we need a little more time and, above all, all available property documents.
